  We were met at the airport by a shuttle that drove us to Ace. I don't remember the name of the girl who drove us, but she was very nice. Once we arrived at Ace, check in was very easy, no waiting time. The agents were very professional and nice. We love the car. I will definitely use Ace again. This was the easiest car rental i have ever experienced. Thank you.

  First off, this place is cheaper than EVERYWHERE else in the area. A 2017 Altima with lots of options (blind spot, leather seats, multi-zone climate control) for less than $30 a day? Sold. Not to mention they also were the only rental place with vehicles available in a 50 mile radius of Jacksonville. Staff were very courteous and straightforward. Granted, I didn't have to deal with their shuttle service.
