  Dr.Joyner is the only thing I like about this place honestly. My daughter just got her 6 months shots and a little while after we got home she started bleeding out of her nose. I took her right back and the provider Megan tells the receptionist and lady at the front desk to tell me that the nose bleed had nothing to do with the vaccines and to rinse her nose with saline solution. I asked for her to be check again and the lady at the front desk told me my insurance only covers one visit and to try somewhere else.
  
  Here is the locker, my daughter seems to of scratched herself inside her nose and instead of someone checking her like I asked. Now I have to pay an ER bill. Thanks a lot. I could have paid the co- pay and been on my way.By the way the doctor recommended NOT rinsing her nose and to let her nose heal it self.
  
  This was a horrible experience. I am under the impression that these people are all about the money. And That is a horrible way to be when people come to you for help.And the only time I have felt confident about what I was being told is when I talked to Dr.Joyner.

  This place simply sucks. I've tried to work with and talk to them but over and over they fail. Referrals take forever !!!! It's been a month and they still have not called. Good thing I switched doctors and had my child seen by the specialist already. I have so many incidents with them it's ridiculous...rude front staff. This is business! Act like it. Also the phones don't ever work correctly. Dr Joyner is great and we really loved him but the stress and anxiety I have to deal with from staff is beyond doable. And that Zoey greatly lacks empathy.good thing she's off the phones!
