  Just when I thought an honest mechanic or Service Adviser were extinct, there is James Brown, Manager. When I stopped by the Brakes-4-Less in February because my Kia Sportage was over 45000 miles James and Josh provided a free brake inspection and advised me my brakes were fine and did not need replacing at that time.
  
  Fast forward to August 2nd, I visited James again, he and Josh performed a brake inspection on the Kia and advised it needed brake service. James, not knowing of my automotive background took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done in layman's terms ensuring I understood. I was so impressed with James' honesty and customer focus I called him to schedule an inspection for my Chevy Cruze after another repair facility informed myself and 6 other patrons we needed brakes within a 90 minute time frame.
  
  The other repair facility which I will not provide their name refused to show me the worn brake pads. All this after giving them over $1000 in tires and oil changes for both cars. James again took me out to the shop floor and showed me the pads and made his recommendations. They did not have my brake pads in stock, so James called other vendors to secure a pair for my vehicle. While James stated it would take an hour to receive the pads Josh being a good steward of my time did all the prep work, cleaning and adjustments. To my surprise my vehicle was completed in just over an hour. I've already recommended this facility to a customer from the other repair facility yesterday and asked they provide my name to James when calling him for the appointment.
  
  I'm sure the other Brakes-4-Less facilities perform excellent work, but knowing there is someone who is not only concerned about the facilities success, but for my time will make Brakes-4-Less San Jose and James the first thing out of my mouth when friends and co-workers state they need brake service.
  
  Thank you James and Josh for a job well done and for ensuring complete and total customer satisfaction. By the way, if I could I would give them 10 stars.
  
  Oh, just as a footnote....when providing a review, please reference the store you went to if it's a chain or make sure you are critiquing the correct facility. After being to this facility 3 times, I cannot fathom why anyone would provide negative feedback.
