  Best customer service I have found. Car was ready to pick up and the agent got me into the car in about 2 minutes. Same with the return. I would give them a 10 if I could.

  DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET! If I could rate it at zero, that would be more correct! Almost a month after returning the car, in the same shape it was in, we got a bill for almost $400! They claim we broke a mirror off! The woman who checked it in, checked it over with us (when we returned it at the airport) said everything was good. The mirror was there and intact! Evidently, that means nothing. They claim, another employee said it was immediately obviously that the damage was there. She was the only one there at the time.
  They need to be looking at their employees because someone damaged it and is lying! This is so frustrating! Someone is being deceitful and it isn't us!
  RENTERS BEWARE!!
