  Rented a home in Hunington Forest back in 2009-10 Mandarin area before purchasing my home in 2011. These people lie and cheated me out of over 1200.00 security deposit. Left the home in better condition then when we moved in. Re painted brought in carpet cleaning service and 0 back nothing. We wrote a letter to managment and they gave us back 100.00. I wouldn't be writing this years after however people please be aware of this and use it to inform yourself of this company.
