  Waited all day for my package but had to leave for a second. I left a date and timed stamped note for the delivery person to leave my package. They decided not to and because of course they would come when I left for 10 minutes .When I called they informed me that it was up to the driver whether or not to leave my package .Told me to sign the sticky note he left but still couldn't gurantee he would leave my package because again it is up to him . Customer Service then proceeded to tell me I could pick up my package which is a long drive from my house .I paid for delivery because it is heavy .I must have missed the point where the driver paid for my item and the shipping .Never had a problem until today .
