  My accident was right almost at three years. I must say this has been a long journey and I have spoken to several people at K&P. However, it wasn't until I called last August 2016 and was told that that Jose Hernandez was taking over my case. I thought to myself oh great! This is like the 6 person to have my case in 3 years. Jose Hernandez took time to listen to my concerns and assured me that he would have my case finished in 3 weeks. Jose's customer service and real conversation made me realize that I finally was talking to someone who not only understood my frustration but cared!! Jose Hernandez was a man of his word. He called me over the Labor day weekend to tell me he was finished with my case and sending me my final email. I thought WOW!!! If only I had spoken with him months ago. I appreciate all the negations and calls from all team members. But I must say Jose Hernandez was the best of them all!!! Great Job Jose Hernandez for not only being a man of your word but also helping finish my case. ***** 5 STARS for JOSE HERNANDEZ!!!
