  I called over three weeks ago to see how much it would cost to have my HTC 10 repaired. The guy I talked to said he would order the parts and give me a call back when they got here.
  
  I told him I've been down this road with another company so could he please take down my information and actually give me a call. He "took down" my information and I've never heard back from them.
  
  I'm very disappointed with the service or lack thereof.

  I was referred to Re-Tech by GameStop (2 doors down) to look at the power supply for X-Box 1 and they were very friendly and helpful. Great staff!!! Very knowledgeable and approachable!!! A breath of fresh air compared to most store employees at River City stores.
