  I had an excellent experience here at U.S Auto Sales. They made me feel very welcome, and did everything possible to assure me that i would be approved, when i was turned down at several other car dealers in Jacksonville. The management team was great. My salesman Edward was the best. Told me everything up front, what i could be approved for an what i needed to do and at the end of the day i was driving out in my new car with an excellent monthly payment and great warranty that many used car dealers would never offer. Iwould recommend everyone to visit U.S Auto, you will not be let down. And again i would like to thank Edward and the whole staff at U.S Auto Sale Jacksonville.

  Nothing short of amazing! God sent me here. Originally was suppose to work with Dawn ended up with Charles they didn't ask me a lot of question application was short and sweet got the car I wanted affordable payments and down payment trust me they will work with you my credit is Horrible! They treat you like you matter. Outstanding customer service even the manager. Process took only 1 hour. Most delearships have you there forever just to tell you No. The entire staff is friendly and helpful! Thank you so much I really appreciate you guys!

  I rarely leave reviews, though this experience was by far one of the best, in my quest for car buying. Mr Edward Walden is an exceptional gentleman, and car salesman. USA Auto is a good company, made great by its sales members such as Edward. He went above and beyond to insure I was comfortable and well informed with my purchase. This gentleman provided transportation for me to and from the dealership on two separate occasions. I am with confidence, that the vehicle purchase will not live me with any regrets.
