  Staff does not return calls. Poor collaboration for transitional care.
  
  Review Edit: This organization has exemplified excellent customer service. Upon noticing my previous review, I received a call from Administrator Corinne Eubanks. I explained my concerns and she graciously apologized and connected me to Ava Sanders, Resident Care Director. Both of these ladies made sure my concerns were resolved and I am happy to say a stronger connection to ensure greater care transition has been established. I must admit, I did not expect to receive such prompt follow up. Your prompt follow up and excellent customer service means a lot. Thank you again for your follow up regarding my concern!
