  Lived here for about 6 months and had asked them repeatedly to come spray for roaches, but they never could seem to get rid of them. The damn things are huge by the way. The management is very poor, they will offer you a sorry by not much more than that. I highly suggest you read the reviews and then search around. I promise you will find a better place to live.

  I've lived here since beginning of 2014 and love it!! The new staff is SO sweet and really makes this place feel like home. Several food trucks every week. Always something going on. Maintenance service is super fast! This place is awesome all around!!!!!

  I have lived at Arelia James Island Apartments for four months and I am very happy here! I came from another state, so I only knew what I read and saw on their website, and I can verify that everything promised online or shown in their pictures is really here. It was the color scheme of the kitchen that first caught my eye. I just love the black appliances, the dark wood cabinets, the under the counter lighting, and the marble-look, formica countertops. And all that with the dark, wood-grain, linoleum floor. It is beautiful! The rest of the apartment is very eye pleasing. Unlike the normal beige walls, this apartment is painted a pastel yellow, with the doors and trim painted in a darker, complimenting shade. This apartment is everything I could possible want, with even more excellant features that are not listed on their website:
  * French door handles
  * 3' x 4' oval, garden bathtub with a curved shower curtain rod
  * perfectly smooth, recently resurfaced parking lot
  * very well lit at night, with all lights working
  * pristeine manicured lawns
  * The maintenance team responds immediately to your requests
  * workers on-site daily, always cleaning or making improvements
  
  I am so happy to be here at this luxury apartment and I would highly recommend these apartments to you.
