  Nice Homes but parking here is Horrible, HOA does not help in the situation. We were not informed of the parking rules until after closing on our home . You are "FORCED" to park vehicle (vehicles in two car garage homes) in your garage even if you do not choose to do so and want to use your garage as a gym, extra entertainment room, office, workshop etc. If its my garage I should be able to to use it as I wish. You cannot have more than two cars in your driveway and guests cannot use space to park cars at the end of Court when guest parking on the main street is unavailable. If you have more than than two drivers that live in your home and all have a vehicle you cannot even use you own driveway. Owners must use guest parking which in turn takes away space from guest that are visiting other owners that live in the community. HOA needs to change rules to accommodate owners.
