  Highly recommend Bounce Around Jax. Prices were best in Jacksonville. They arrived right on time and didn't leave until the bounce house was spotless. Employees were professional and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

  I have rented from them for my daughter's last 3 birthday parties but this year will be the last. The unit they delivered did not stay fully inflated and one side of the ceiling would droop down if the kids bounced on that side! Four 7 year old kids should not be able to bring part of the bounce house down. Tried to call the same day of the party, left messages, but received no call back. When they come to pick it up the next day I tell them of the issue and one of the pickup staff said it was fine but the other pickup staff was able to recreate the problem.
  
  I don't know about you but I do not trust my kids in an under inflated unit no matter how much you want to "reassure" me it was ok after the fact. I speak with Matt 2 days later and he denies there was an issue even though his guy was able to recreate the problem! Matt acknowledged that they were extremely busy that weekend and short staffed so the phone line was not monitored. He sees that I have been a long time customer and his resolve was to give me a $25 dollar credit on my rental next year. Why would I rent from you again? They kept my money when I was delivered a faulty unit that my daughter could not enjoy on her birthday! He was to speak to the owner and get back to me but it has been 3 days and no call back.
  
  Businesses like this rely on parent word of mouth. Not taking care of a situation with a customer you see has repeatedly used your services will cost you thousands. I know of at least 3 families that used your service from coming to a party at our house and I am sure they made recommendations and so on.
  
  TL;DR Once they drop it off there is no customer service if there is an issue with the unit. They do nothing to rectify the situation after the fact. Take you money elsewhere.
  
  Update: Did receive a call back. Getting a $40 dollar refund and $30 account credit. Kind of think repeat business is worth more than that but it is what it is.
