  I just wrapped up using B&B's services for 13 years to rent my home and I can sum up the experience up as exceptional - I couldn't be happier. I am remote, had the HOA president for a neighbor (I got warnings every month about the tiniest of infractions), and have had to handle a renter that abandoned the property, plus manage the normal repairs over that time. B&B stepped in to represent me every time promptly and with professionalism. I would recommend them highly.
  
  Except for the tenant whom abandoned the home, they all seemed very happy and I perceived B&B had the tenant's best interest in mind all the time when they advised me on rental rates and needs for home maintenance. (which is a good thing!)
