  Took my phone in to the store because my phone's network settings had been erased during a trip I was on. After taking it in the store the Store Manager, yes top guy, couldn't figure out what the problem was after 20mins of waiting around. I later hopped on the net and looked on AT&T's site and took care of the problem within 10mins of finding what I had been looking for. Trained Professionals totally... AT&T provided a simple step by step that said Manager wasn't even able to follow.
