  Update: I spoke too soon. We loved Courtney Meadows, but it has been 5 months since we have moved out and we still have not had out security deposit returned. I have called a dozen times and every person I have spoken to has said it should be sent right away. If I can get someone in the office at all, most of the time the phone redirects to a call center. I went back in person while in Jacksonville for a wedding and was told I would hear back the next day. Almost a month later I have not heard a thing and the woman will not return my emails. Do not expect to get your deposits back.
  
  We loved living at Courtney Meadows. The location was great, the office staff helpful and friendly, and the units well maintained.
