  They are so rude and unhelpful. I called to make sure the email that said my package had arrived was indeed correct and I could come pick it up and was told rudely I needed to get paper stamped from customs. What paper, the lady didn't know. Where to get said paper, she didn't know. She just basically said you need customs paper, go find it yourself.
  
  And when I asked why she was yelling at me for asking questions, she said it was because she couldn't help me anymore. What establishment needs something and not provide directions to get it? It was such an awful experience, NEVER EVER using their services.
