  ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I have called this location (Northside:Armsdale Rd)for a week straight, in order to get a status of my application. Rarely does someone answer the phone nor is there any kind of answering service to take messages or give you a location status. Only government agencies can get away with ignoring phone calls, mainly because you're stuck with having to go to them. If these practices were in competition with another business, this location would be out of business. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN...PLEASE DO BETTER. Wal-mart is across the street. Go and get a answering machine!!!
