  After being a patient for 2 years and changing jobs where it is no longer possible for me to drive to that location, they are asking me to pay 1$ per page without being able to tell me how many pages to transfer my record to a new office.
  
  Also, in those two years I saw the Dr once for a follow-up, they never tested anything again or asked me if it helped. It feels like they really don't care about the patient and want to get the money off of the shots from insurance and squeeze every last penny to give me what is mine (the records).
