  Good doctor and attentive to my mother's needs however, some front staff members could use a little "love" when they greet us at the door which they are always late to open it on time. For the most part, the rest of the staff have good customer service skills.

  I have been with Dr. Rosada a few years now. He is, by far, the best primary I have had. He makes me feel comfortable and he takes the time and listens to my issues. I know some on here are bashing him, but I never had a problem with him or his staff. I think the only negative is the wait times- this is why I only gave 4 stars. But I attribute that to him taking his time with his patients. His office staff have always been nice to me and helpful to my needs. And I always see him around the area (outside the office) and he says hello and doesn't act like he doesn't know you. I think the people who are giving him negative reviews are not faithful or long-time patients and non-compliant.
