  Every time I visit this Dunkin (which is often since it is close to my job) employees are rude and make me feel like ordering a plain black coffee is an inconvenience to them. I've also had to ask someone to wash their hands after handling a dirty dust pan before handling food items.

  Great DD. Almost always good reliable and responsible staff. The performance here reflects well on the brand.

  One of the best DDs. Great service. Clean. Good layout. Far better than 11000 San Jose location which is the opposite of this.
