  Gave up my seat to a pregnant woman and was told to stand outside in the cold where I did not hear my number called. This place sure is poorly equipped when you consider what EACH person in Jacksonville pays in taxes.

  Today I went to change my name and renew my tag. Although I waited about an hour, I was greeted with a friendly face once I got to the representative. Monica was so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to assist me. She even went the extra mile to get a supervisors approval on a document instead of just turning me away. I really appreciated her doing that. Once we finished and I walked out, I noticed that my name was spelled wrong. Although it was after 5pm, Monica saw my frantic at the door and asked the greeter to let me back in. She was so kind and understanding and immediately corrected my name and gave me new documents. I am so grateful! Thank you Monica for exemplifying excellent customer service and just plain old human kindness!
