  I want to say coming out of Puerto Rico due to the Hurricane the guy who is helping us out...seem like He hates his job or he doesn't like Puerto Ricans. We are new to Jacksonville and Kevin who is an older man acts like we are Not part of this county. Puerto Rico is a us Territory and I was born in New York. I will never come here again after today due to this unhappy Employee.
