  I would give it 0 star if i had the option. I placed an order for my wife and requested an early delivery. I called today at 5 pm and i had the worst customer service experience. I would never use this store or company again. I was transferred to multiple people in the store and they made me repeat my information again and again. One person said they did not see my order. The next one said it was out for delivery and the third one said it was in the store. They kept on transferring me around as if i was some hot potato. Finally i asked the name of the 4th person, i was speaking and she told me her name but said it was Corporate Policy not to give personal details out. I asked her if it was Corporate Policy to keep on transferring me around and she had no answer and got very aggressive.
  Any question, i asked her she said that it was Corporate policy and would refuse to answer me. I requested her to contact the driver and give me a time when my deliver would happen ( my wife was mad at me by this time ). She told me that there was no way to contact the driver. I mean, who does not have a cell phone in today's world...
  i requested to speak to manager/owner and the person said that there was no manager.
  Worst customer service
  Avoid the store and the company like the plague
  
  Feb 15th- still no delivery. contacted them but no reply. The saga continues
  
  Called store multiple times to get refund. they would not even pick up the phone..
  
  Called corporate line.. they said the store delivered but never did. they wont even cancel my order. they stole my money...
