  Listen. It's rare that I give 5 stars, but this food had me and my friends scraping our plate. I nightly advise that you get the mac and cheese covered in brisket. It'll knock your socks off!! Want to know what's funny? We arrived preparing to use a gift card that we received a while back. Turns out it was specific to the beach location. We decided to stay and try the food anyway. One of the best decisions I've made all year. The food is great y'all!!!!

  At Gilbert's Social, one can find delicious Southern dishes made fresh from the smokers right outside in the lawn. Don't let the exterior fool you. While the outside looks super ghetto, you'll be welcomed with first class dining as soon as you step inside.
  
  I ordered one of their BBQ platters and it was so yummy! I had the drunk chopped smoked beef brisket plate and for the sides, I chose the pimento cheese, corn bread dressing + country bread + smoked turkey drums all mixed in, veggies, and savory herbs.
