  I recently visited this store to make some purchases, and I went in with a couple of friends. I loved seeing all the products! The only problem I had was the guy working behind the counter. I was forewarned before I went in, that there were two guys that worked in there and one was arrogant. And the first time the guy opened his mouth, I knew which one he was. We asked him a question and he said he didn't know a lot about the topic. Then he proceeded to preach and ridicule about the topic. In my opinion, if you don't know a lot about something and you admit it, then just leave it at that. It took every bit of my self-control, not to want to give him a piece of my mind or a punch in the face. You work there to provide people a service/product;not all people are master growers and know everything there is to know. As good business practice, you need to be courteous and seem somewhat understanding of your customers; not be an arrogant bastard. We did purchase items, and afterwards his attitude changed. Just because of the way he acted, I think I would rather find another place to shop and go there only because I couldn't get the products from somewhere else.
