  Paid a good 3k and some change for this shed. When they first delivered it, the assembly was not complete. The trim was the wrong color, and the second inside electrical outlet was not installed . So we had to wait two + weeks for someone to come and change the trim. The guys came and changed the trim, but there was supposed to be adding another electrical outlet in the shed. So the tech could not pick up the parts at Lowe's, and said he would return June 26 to finish. Well this is the 3 July, and I have called him twice. Sent the company an email, and left the tech a message on his phone.

  I bought an 8 x 10 shed from them last year. The saleslady was very nice and knowledgeable. The shed arrived at the appointed time and day. It was the correct color. The crew put the shed exactly where I wanted it. It doesn't leak a drop.

  I purchased a Handi House Shed from this location and the shed was defective. It leaked in several different areas so they sent someone from Georgia to fix it, which was unsuccessful. The shed still leaked in the same spots, the door will not stay shut, the door handle is rusting, and now I have mold and mildew on the boards where it leaked. I once again went to the Phillips location with pictures this time to show how bad it was leaking and express how unhappy I was with this shed. They sent everything to Georgia once again for warranty work. I was contacted by someone from Georgia and he did show up to assess the defectiveness of the shed. He stated that there was issue with door, door frame, roof and shingles and would all need to be replaced. I thought finally my expensive shed will be fixed right. I have called this gentlemen several times as directed by him and no one has called me back and no one has showed up to fix it. I once again called the Phillips location to express my disappointment with my warrantied shed and she stated she would resend the request for repair. I still have not heard from anyone from Georgia to repair. Buyer beware I should have built my own. Update---Warranty person who is a good guy showed up very apologetic and professional fixed everything to my specification and replaced everything. We have had one bad rain storm and no leaks so far. I am giving them another star because this guy was solid.
