  In may of 2016 my husband and I bakeracted our ten yrs old adopted son to MHRC. After years of doctors, medications, and therapy we were forced for his own safety again to baker act. We are dedicated, wonderful parents of 4. Our son is diognosed by several doctors and Wolfsons ward with a list of mental illness as his mother had before her suicide. Yes always been under many doctors care. For 54 daysy child was put on medication that had terrible adverse effects. He wouldnt eat, ripped his hair out, deficated, urinated and consumed medication that could have killed him. We reached out to his doctor as I had her cell phone. My text show a gravesdanger of concern and worry. I reached out to Neptune beach police and had them come to our home Tuesday morning my son injested a whole bottle of Benedryl while we were sleeping. I demanded the officer get help and call DCF for help. He did and I begged on the phone as the police report shows for help. He left that day. No DCF arrived. That week we then reached out to a company called Crysylis to get my son on a Sipp program that would assist in his illnesses. My husband put a lock ony son's door at night that was connected to our room for his safety until we got help. At no point did we harm our child yet keep him alive. After two days of the lock we heard about door alarms. My husband went to home Depot and purchased them. They were used and not the locks for the next week. We also contact his doctor and let him know we had put the lock on and the doctor said that is a safe room until help arrives. Another week later no sign of DCF. We took our son to MHRC as he stood there in his onlwn feces he has smeared all over himself. Our son has had a history for lying, manipulative behavior at school and at home. There were times we had police show up after school and say your son was disrobed today because he told the school you beat him this morning. I would drive him straight to Beaches ER to he examined and talked to. He was baker acted at that time. This went on for years. May 7tu we finally thought we were getting help as the staff assured us we would. My son stated he wanted to kill us, and he had voices in his head. Everything 700 pages of doctors and his own words validating years of this. Two days later I had DCF investigator Stacey Beaton in my he accusing us of child abuse and neglect. Absolutely no investigation was done. We tried 3 times to provide information of years of medical, schooling, and we were told by Beaton "we have our own doctors now." Our son was removed by judge Gooding and Beaton 3 days during his baker act. We were. Not allowed to talk, show anything. Stacey had plenty to say and I just looked at the floor and cried. Our son was gone just like that. All 3 of our kids 7, 17, 18 living at home stated there was never abuse as well as many of our friends and family reached out to Bearon. Calls were not even returned. I spoke with my sons doctor DAvid Weiss for a lengthy 30 min and was told he had not released any medical to DCF again showing no investigation was done. Two weeks later my husband and I were both arrested in our front yard for child abuse. It's been over a year. Our son is gone, our girls were removed from our care during us trying to get a bond reduction. Our 18 yr old son left to manage a house. Upon our release our girls 7, 17 we're handed right back as we were seen to be great parents and of no harm by the state and the kids guardian adlidem. We have spent a year paying bonds, wearing ankle monitors as Beaton had them put on stating we night go find our son. We have absolutely no criminal records. We are facing felony charges still as the months roll by. Our little girl is traumatized. Shes been admitted into Wolfsons hospital twice with panic attacks and scared to death we will be taken again. Our little girl will not go to school, or friends bc of fear. Stacey Beaton abused her authority as a DCF investigator with no investigation. Judge Gooding adopted my son out two mo ago. Im forever broken as our family is. The system failed us.
