  Our service tech mike was awesome. After 3 months and 5 visits from a home warranty contracted company we called ideal conditions to pay out of pocket for services. Mike was able to have us back up and running the same day while our home warranty company still wanted another 3 days to order parts. When we called initially Tina and Nicole were a huge help and very reassuring they could fix the problem. Great job, great team!
