  Paul did a great job on my company's business insurance. We have the same Cadillac coverage we had before but for about 25% of the total premium. It pays to use an agent who keeps up with all the changing options available in the market place.

  I recently moved back to Jacksonville and my former auto insurance carrier, Allstate, raised my premium by more than $125 just to move a little more than an hour away. I did what probably a lot of people do when a situation like this arises...get online and start getting insurance quotes. Not only does it take you entering in your personal information over and over again, it's hard to compare your findings and see how you can get the best deal. After a few hours of complete frustration and dealing with automated commands on the telephone to get to talk with a "real person," a friend recommended I call Indi Financial. Paul Lalonde picked up the phone immediately and it was comforting to hear a real human being. Paul worked diligently and listened to exactly what kind of coverage I was interested in and what I could afford. He was able to call me back in less than 30 minutes with an auto quote that was incredible, and will help me save more than $350 every 6 months. Anyone interested in getting lower insurance rates and coverage should definitely use Indi. I found their services to be extremely professional and attentive. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

  I have been with Indi Financial for last 3 years and I have always been so impressed with their professionalism and honesty. I went to them back in 2011 since my current auto insurance premium at that time had increased. I talked to Paul Lalonde, the owner of Indi Financial and told him the situation and he provided me another insurance which was less expensive and good. Since then I have been with Indi Financial because Paul is a really great guy and has always been there to listen to my queries and provide me the best possible solution. I have never faced any kind of hiccups while doing business with them over the past 3 years. I would strongly recommend Indi Financial to anyone who is looking for an insurance and really good customer satisfaction.
