    My husband an I have used this service for nearly 10yrs, like the Lady who had done our taxes for the last 3 yrs . New people there now, went in man gave us no deductions, not even standard ones, told us we owed nearly $1300.00, we knew something was not right, after contacting a friend who deals in a similar arena, turns out we don't owe nearly that much, less than $500.00. We will be using Turbo tax from now on, no longer recommending this tax preparer sevice!!
