  Doing business or working (being hired) with this guy/company, will be a huge mistake and waste of time.
  Worked for them almost a full year, to only be terminated twice, and the second time, to be put on part time and lose the accumulated vacation time earned.
  Its your chance, take it or get someone better to do the work. I'd get someone better to work for/do the job.
