  I was a customer of Massey for many years and recently I noticed their service wasn't up to where it usually was. Huge portions of my lawn were being covered in Weeds and even though they would send out their Tech to spray it never remedied the problem. After two months of having them come out and not noticing a difference I had to fix the problem myself. Large portions of resodding and weed and feed and the problem is finally under control. Massey tried to bill me for last month service and I told them I was unhappy with the service and was canceling. Yes they offered to do another treatment but at this point I was Fed Up. Their last two treatments literally did nothing. I had to fix the problem myself and they still charged me even though I had to come out of pocket $$$ to do extra work to get the lawn fixed. I don't suggest going to them they are overpriced and you can get just as good service at other places.
