  Ok let's start with how I was out right lied to by the sale's person named Chris. I bought a floor model and was told it had a warranty and the comfort guarantee. Then when I call to exchange they tried to tell me it didn't but they didn't put it in the paper work. So they did agree to exchange it with the fee of course. Then I had a doctors note so I didn't have to pay taxes on the mattress. Oops they changed me tax now I have to wait for a refund. Then they forgot to charge me the fee for exchange so they would not scheduled delivery. So trip # 4 then I'm told that the dates are blacked out for a week for exchanges. I paid 140 over the cost of a new mattress and now I have wait over a week. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Don't buy from this store no-one here knows what they are doing.
