  Staff today us very lax. This visit I asked one of the younger crew members to wipe the sticky mess off the table and she handed me a rag to clean it myself Making mistakes on orders not only for us but a lot of the custoners I saw in the dining room today. I am usually very satisfied. They had a person "training" people to put in their own orders on the kiosk but, the people taking orders behind the counter couldn't even get orders right...go figure.
