  There has never been a time that I have called and talked with any of your customer care employees that I have questioned would what I needed would not be done. Office staff are very informed of the policy and can do the changes that I call in for and I know they are going to get done. Employees I talk to when I call in make me feel like I am being taken care of ASAP and I matter to them. Very helpful with whatever I need done. I feel very lucky that I am an insured of Michael Nickas office and will continue to keep my coverage at your office.

  When seeking a cheaper insurance company , after being with my previous company for 21 yrs, I called and made an appointment with Mr. Nickas's office. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and all the staff was hospitable. We discussed my needs and my application process was completed in a reasonably given time.
  Since my initial visit, I had to inquire on changes to my policy and had everything explained to me and was not made to feel ignorant. Certainly gave this agency a grade of 4 plus.
