  The best customer service. Fraud protection on credit and debit cards superior. They stopped a fraudulent transaction before it went thru and issued me a new card immediately. There investment department and home and auto loan rates are the lowest I have seen. They definitely work with you.

  The worst customer care. I got scammed and filed the police report like they said to do over the phone. I go in there with my case # and they said I’m responsible for paying back the money that got scammed from me. No longer using this bank they’re a bunch of crooks. Way to treat a veteran on his birthday. Go call heywood.
