  This is an unusual situation. The first time I went to New Reflections was on 5/28/13 for a filler and some Botox. I was told that I could save a little (I think about $100) if I prepaid for a second filler, which I did. I was diagnosed with leukemia in October of 2013, and I will not be able to do any sort of non surgical procedures like these for years, if ever again. Since the diagnosis I have asked for a refund for the part I paid in advance. No one ever called me back. I finally got someone on the phone in December and was told that she would have the accounting department handle this. It is now February 5, 2014 and I still have not resolved the issue. The circumstances for asking for the refund are pretty extreme and I would have at least expected a response, which I have not received. I left yet another message today.
  
  Two other things happened that have not happened when I have had filler or Botox from other doctors in the area. I got terrible acne at two of the filler sites and my eyes watered excessively after the last Botox injection. I don't know what caused it and will probably never know. Maybe the leukemia was already manifesting in my body and that caused the unusual reaction.
  
  I like the doctor a lot but I am really disappointed in the response to my inquiry about working out a refund. There are hundreds of doctors in the area that administer these services and I believe that there are many that would have responded to my inquiry timely and handle the situation more professionally.
