  The service is absolutely sterling! We moved here from another state with a 10 year old OreckOreck purchased and routine serviced regularly from our dealer at home. When it came time to have it serviced here we took it to Oreck Mandarin. The vacuum performed like new when we got it back and took less than a week! We've lived here 2 years now and have had the vacuum back for service again and also took in a Dyson we had been given. Within a week we had both vacuums back and the Oreck was as if new! The Dyson cleaned up and is performing much better even with a worn out clutch.
