  When I bought a new car after moving to Jacksonville I was apprehensive about finding a mechanic because it is so easy to get taken advantage of. A friend of mine knew the people at Ortega, and recommended them. I needed a new strut assembly, and Ortega suggested I replace both. I expressed money concerns. When I picked up the car they had replaced both strut assemblies, but only charged me for one. They said they wanted the car to be safe. I was so floored by their kindness that they won me as a guaranteed customer for life. They have continued to be amazing through the years, even giving me rides to work while they work on my car. I love Ortega!
  
  **update** I still use Ortega years later. They are the best!
