This place is good if you like loud neighbors, drug dealers, having things stolen from your yard and/or shed, having no fences, dealing with the management being changed every few years, and neighbors with dogs that bark 24/7. Also, it floods every time it rains, so purchase some rain boots before you move out here because you most definitely will be walking through a foot or two of water just to get to your car. Don’t let your kids play outside, either. No one that lives out here knows what a speed limit is. Also, a ton of stray tomcats that are aggressive. Oh, and drive by shootings are VERY common. About twice a week in the middle of the night.
