    Stray cats everywhere! Breeding and lounging on stairs, cars and breezeways. Literally 50-70 stray cats on the property. Cats walk around scratching, urinating and defecating all over the grounds. Complex smells of cat urine and feces. Garbage overflowing at compacter almost daily. Roaches, roaches, roaches. Grounds are never treated with pesticides so there are ants, fleas, gnats and roaches everywhere. The gnat problem and cat urine stench is terrible and makes going outside into grassy areas unbearable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

    Great location convenient to everything but that's it. Office staff, maintenance staff even corporate are rude and hard to deal with. I had to break my lease because when we got here it wasn't even close to what we thought it would be apartment wasn't ready to move in they just took our money and didn't care about nothing or my family. Knowing we were relocating from Texas everything was just a mess. If you can don't waste your time or money here you can do better than this. This is what my family and I dealt with when we got our keys. Horrible experience never again.
