  STAY AWAY FROM HERE! After purchasing a washer/dryer set from them we are now having our 3rd dryer delivered due to the fact that they don't do returns. When I received the first one it took 3 cycles for the dryer to actually dry the clothes. They came out and tried to repair it and then finally replaced the unit with the 2nd dryer. The second dryer wouldn't dry at all. When I called about it they said you need to have someone come snake your dryer vent, because it couldn't possibly be the dryer, and that he personally worked on it. The guy came out to snake our dryer vent and told me within 5 minutes it was the dryer blower that wasn't working, and it wasn't in fact a clogged dryer vent (which we had to pay for that visit and weren't reimbursed for) I called back to Peeples and told them that it was the dryer blower that wasn't working. They sent someone out again to work on it. They couldn't fix it and now am waiting on my 3rd dryer to be delivered.
  
  Another issue that I have with them is they have no concept for time. Every time they come out they never arrive when they say they will. They told me they would be at my house between 9:30-10am. I finally called at 12 to see where they were at and was told they got caught up and it would be between 3-5. It wasn't until 7:30pm when they finally showed up. I am not sure they would have if I hadn't called to see where they were at. Every other time it has been several hours either before of after the scheduled time without any warning.
  
  Bottom line, save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. Unless you have nothing better to do than sit around your house waiting for them to show up to fix your purchase, because yes, you will need them to "fix" the junk they are selling.
