  We are really frustrated with the ink quality of your pens. It doesn't seem to matter if it is an expensive pen or one of the cheaper ones. The ink just stops flowing even on new ink loaded into the pen. So it seems to have holes or bubbles in the flow of ink which makes the writing look sloppy.
  We are also having trouble locating the dark forest green ink pens. Any suggestions on where we can find them?
