  I moved here at the end of February and only had a few minor things that needed taking care of. Luckily Mrs. Wanda, Chris, and the other nice lady, who sits in the front with Chris :) , kept me updated whenever I went in to imquire about the status of the work orders. The maintenance team members who I've met have been friendly and fixed all of the issues without taking too long. Im glad the new manager, Mrs Lorraine took over. You can tell she actually cares and makes the residents concerns her priority. She resolved an issue I had with a preferred employer's discount that hadn't been taken care of and was over looked. Wish there was more coverage for the phones so as to not always have to stop into the office but good overall!
