  Pro-Tile did a fantastic job on our recent tile installation. Chris came out quickly, gave us a quote same day, and was very professional. I really liked the way the quote was broken down showing every line item. Rick, aka "Rick-James" did a fantastic job installing the tile and cleaning up the work area. These guys are certainly not the cheapest installers in the Jacksonville area (at roughly $5.50 per ft2 + the cost of tile), but they are excellent at what they do.

  It was a pleasure to find a Trades Company that actually lives up to the hype of the salesperson that comes to sell the initial job. Colin did a valid estimate. The installers (Jeff and Mike) showed up on the day of the installation and did a wonderful job of installing my 8 X 48 large format tiles. The floor was laid with precision and I couldn't be happier.
  
  The salesperson/project manager (Colin) and Manager (Chris) were a pleasure to work with and were available to address any questions or concerns I had.
  
  I was so happy in fact that I hired them to fix some drywall mistakes made by the previous "Expert". Again the person was on time and completed the job professionally and expertly.
  
  I would definitely recommend anyone to contact them to help with your tile/drywall needs.
