  We took my daughter here for a couple of years before we finally got fed up with them. To start, the office is dated, and dirty. They don’t have any toys or books in the waiting room for the kids, apparently because they’re afraid of spreading germs. This is the least of their problems. The office staff is incompetent and slow. They have messed up our billing numerous times. I have had to call repeatedly, over multiple days, to get them to send prescriptions to the pharmacy for medication we needed. I called and complained to the head of the department, left multiple messages (she wouldn’t answer) saying I was very unhappy and we were leaving. Never received a call back. They also have this weird thing where they recommend products to to buy that they sell in their store. Almost every time I was there I got a recommendation to buy something from their store. I never knew if we really needed the thing, or if they were just trying to make sales. Convenient to have products you need right there, but a conflict of interest. I would usually buy the thing somewhere else on principle.
  I would give them 1 star but Dr Miles is good, as well as a couple of others.
  Go to Dr Ali in Riverside instead.
