  Great overall experience with PuroClean! I called PuroClean for a second opinion on questionable mold and moisture in the wall and Sheila Tinsley, Veteran USN was over in under an hour to assess. The first company to come was eager to take advantage of us, rip us off and take our money, but Sheila went above and beyond and took the approach of educating and explaining to us what needed to be done and why vs trying to sell us on unnecessary services to resolve the issue. After her assessment, Sheila came back the next day to make sure everything was still going well and that the issue was being resolved, helped clean the area, and suggested a company for AC duct sanitization/cleaning that we needed done who also did a great job for a fair price. Hands down, would recommend PuroClean to everyone!
