  Very dirty room, boogers smeared on the walls, blood stains on the mirror trim, trash left inside and around furniture, crumbs left inside the dresser drawer, wet carpets (don't walk around barefoot, very gross!) What looked like a poop smear on the sink, the bathroom was filthy! Hard water and scum buildup all over the bathtub. Dead bugs inside paper towel holder. Holes in the wall, stains on the bed sheets, we asked for a non smoker room and it smelled like a smokers room. The bed sheets were obviously mixed with smokers rooms, as there were burn holes all over the nylon blankets.
  
  I called shortly after entering the room and i was told i would be given a refund. I pack up and go back down to the front desk and she says she can only give a refund if it was under an hour since i checked in, she says i checked in at 8:30, but i know I did not. I cannot find my reciept so i go and find it and return and prove to her that i was in the room a very short time. Then her story changes, and she says she cannot issue a refund. I will have to speak to a manager if i want one, but the manager wont be available till later the next day.
