  Shoddy workmanship from day 1, no compact studies to ensure the ground underneath is stable. When you watch them tack the huge plywood on the outside of the frame and then let it sit in the pouring rain. They tell you the building materials are weather proof, but look at the paint up around the second floor you can see the huge slaps of plywood are swollen and then painted over... It's just poor slap them together workmanship. /shrug
